Stampede string on a felt hat
Hi, I want to put a wind or stampede string onto my felt hat (30X), preferring the looped option. The instructions that I can find implies only putting the looped stampede string into a straw hat, not a felt hat. Can I make holes in the brim of the good felt hat? Any advice would be very welcome, thanks. Jamie
