Canadian Museum of Civilization partners-up with Knot-A-Tail as newest Western gift provider
MESA, AZ (4/16/10) --
On, April 13th, 2010 it became official that Knot-A-Tail unique equine gifts for horse lovers would be featured in the Canadian Museums of Civilization, when the museum placed it's first order. Laura Bisson, purchasing and special project agent of retail operations indicated that once the first order was placed the Museum would be looking to expand the line of Knot-A-Tail gifts that it would be offering to the musemus visitors.
About the museums
The Canadian Museum of Civilization Corporation (CMCC) as a national institution responsible for preserving and promoting the heritage of Canada, and contributing to the collective memory and sense of identity of all Canadians. The Corporation is responsible for two museums, the Canadian Museum of Civilization and the Canadian War Museum. The Act states that a main purpose of the Corporation is "to increase, throughout Canada and internationally, interest in, knowledge and critical understanding of, and respect for human cultural achievements and human behaviour.
Knot-A-Tail, spokesperson, Roberta Edstrom, stated "She felt so honored that the unique western gifts that Knot-a-Tail provides, was chosen to be part of the gift shops of two such prestigious museums."
The museum so far will carry Knot-A-Tail's 3 strand and 5 strand bracelets, the bone and bead bracelet offered only to the museum, the Alamar key chain, boldly desinged braided horse hair key chain and the hand-carved horse hair belts.
Knot-A-Tail just celebrated it's first birthday with the design makeover by the award winning website design company, PCL-Design and Consulting. Prior to the re-design, the on-line western retail store was called Rocking Horse Ridge Saddlery and repair, a 20 year old company. The redesign occurred when the company moved from Wisconsin to Arizona for an entire new beginning. Under the watchful eye and direction of Carl Parrish the CEO of PCL, Knot-A-Tail took on phoneminal growth with-in just the first year and getting noticed as a premium Western Gift provider.
